Inspiration comes from within us, not outside of us.
BE Inspired is connecting to what inspires us, from an inner being place, so that we can get to the doing.
As women in leadership, we give generously to others, our family, our community, and to our work. We’re all in…often at the expense of our own boundaries, time, and energy.
We desire to bring greater goodness to the world so we don’t hesitate. We see and know what is important and we do what it takes to make it happen.
Because we care.
We care deeply.
And ….
This compassionate generosity and saving the world, can take a toll on our mind, body, heart and spirit.
We can forget about ourselves in doing so much. Our energy may dip and wane, and we can start to feel discouraged and a little worn out, and even less enthusiasm than usual. We may question our worth, our contribution and our value added, and what inspires us.
Creating space to pause, reflect and connect with others is essential in our busy lives. To being the leader we envision for ourselves.
And especially at this time of the year. December may be hectic with the holiday season, and January is on the horizon. Are we ready for the year ahead? This retreat is an opportunity to set the tone for the whole year ahead.
