You desire a team environment where people and purpose come together to do great work…
…but the steps and systems you’ve put in place for your people don’t seem to be working.

You’re looking for another way…

As a leadership coach, I work with organizations, government bodies, companies and corporations who are ready to create a community culture that nourishes and inspires leadership at every level.

A place where individuals feel valued for who they truly are.

A place where everyone is clear on the outcomes that matter and the actions they need to take - so you can get more done, more efficiently and more effectively .

A place where people and purpose come together, to drive meaningful change.

Group Facilitation

I design and facilitate workshops for groups, teams, organizations, and retreats on any topic related to:

  • Brave Leadership

  • Daring Way

  • Story Work

  • Cultivating Safe Spaces

  • Strengths Mastery

Your group session is customized to your greatest needs and can range in length from 1/2 day to a full day to 5-days.

I employ a circle approach with a focus on cultivating and holding space that is both safe and brave, reflective and interactive for optimal learning and participation.

When we work together, I will guide your people to:

  • Understand their values, strengths, talents and purpose, so they can get out of their own way, make their most impactful contribution and feel grounded in their own worth.

  • Connect with your collective vision, so they get clear on the outcomes that matter and prioritise actions that will make a difference.

  • Foster self-compassion so they can find the inner strength to take action, even in the face of uncertainty and doubt.

  • Cultivate powerful self-reflection pause moments, so they can make conscious and considered decisions from a place of inner strength and wisdom.

  • Build deeper connections with their colleagues at every level, so they can work together to create genuine impact and feel more fulfilled and purposeful at work.

Everything I share with my clients and teams is rooted in my signature method of personal strengths optimization called The Brave Leadership Model.

The Brave Leadership Model was born out of my research, training, and having worked with hundreds of leaders (Entrepreneurs, Senior Directors, Politicians, Advocates and Teams) from virtually all fields over the past 15 years.

If you have a specific training request, I am happy to design a customized experience for your group. Please contact me to arrange a chat.

One-on-One Brave Leadership Coaching Options

Leadership development programs for people who are ready to level up as a conscious leader and take action with unwavering integrity, compassion and bravery.

In our 1:1 sessions, we’ll explore your leader identity, which includes:

  • identifying your strengths and core values

  • clarifying what you stand for and what you want to do

  • prioritizing the difference you want to make

  • deepening your understanding of who you are

  • understanding that the art of being a leader is the art of becoming yourself

My approach is integrated, which means I coach the whole person, not simply one area of your life. My practices, tools and insights are grounded in neuroscience, positive psychology, emotional intelligence, story and mindfulness, and I draw on my certifications in Strengths Communication, Trauma-Informed, Grief and Emotions Centred Coaching, Expressive Arts and Dr. Brené Brown’s, The Daring Way™.

I offer different options for 1:1 work:

  • A month Intensive of exploring your leader identity.

We’ll identify your strengths and core values, what you stand for and what you want to do, and what difference you want to make.

The coaching experience will help you deepen your understanding of who you are while adopting the mindset that the art of becoming and being a leader is the art of becoming and being yourself.

    Week 1 | Your first 2-hour session.
    Week 2 | Your second 2-hour session.
    Week 3 | First 1-hour session.
    Week 4 | Second 1-hour session.

Prior to starting your weekly sessions, I’ll assign some assignments (self-discovery worksheets as well as an online strengths assessment).

At the close of each session, you’ll receive resources and personal reflection exercises to support your understanding and integration of the new materials being introduced during our time together.

If you’re someone who likes unlimited support and connection between sessions, we can utilize WhatsApp, Voxer or email – whichever feels right for you.

The One-Month Intensive starts from $2500 plus gst

  • A one-month intensive is great, but if you really want to dive in, I recommend a more spacious coaching experience.

The Five-Months steady program enables a deeper exploration of who you are and what you stand for. It also allows us more opportunities to identify what stands in your way and provides the time needed to practice, practice, and practice new ways of showing up as the leader you desire to become.

    This program includes 10 sessions.

    MONTH ONE
Your first two sessions will be 2-hour foundational sessions a couple of weeks apart. I find that longer sessions give us the space to get deep work done without feeling rushed.

    MONTH TWO THROUGH FIVE
We’ll meet twice each month for 60-minutes each session.

Prior to starting your sessions, I’ll request some preparation work.

At the close of each session, you’ll receive resources and personal reflection exercises to support your understanding and integration of the new materials being introduced during our time together.

If you’re someone who likes unlimited support and connection between sessions, we can utilize WhatsApp, Voxer or email – whichever feels right for you.

The Five-Month Steady Program starts from $3980 plus gst

  • After you’ve completed either the One-Month Intensive or Five-Month Steady Program, you may wish to have refresher sessions cued up and ready to go.

The more sessions you purchase in advance, the more you save on your per session rate.

Purchasing 8 or 12 sessions at a time (I call them bundles) gives you value and flexibility – you can schedule your sessions as needed within the course of 1-year.

If you want to meet weekly, that’s wonderful. If you want to meet monthly, that works too!

Of course, I’ll be available to support you in between sessions via WhatsApp, Voxer or email.

Session bundles are customized and start at $2600 plus gst

  • The Clifton Strengths assessment is a method used to identify, develop and utilize natural strengths in team members and ourselves.

Teams that are strengths-based are more engaged, creative and productive. They thrive.

As a Certified Strengths Facilitator, I employ a strengths-based coaching approach focused on identifying and maximizing individuals’ unique natural talents to increase engagement and accelerate performance. I help people learn how to understand their strengths and how to make the best use of them at home, at work and in the community.

A Strengths Mastery Workshop gives people language to openly discuss their true selves; what they like about themselves; how they like to be managed; how they want to spend their time and energy at an organization; and how they can make each day more enjoyable for themselves and the people they work with.

A strengths-based approach can significantly increase individuals’ self-worth and engagement at work and also improve teamwork and productivity. It will help improve self-confidence of every individual and leader.

This workshop is intended for organizations that want to achieve their goals by developing the unique potential of each team member and the team as a whole.

  • I’m a Certified Facilitator of The Daring Way™, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown and designed to help us learn how to show up, be seen and heard and live bravely.

Through metaphors, storytelling, videos, hands-on exercises, and group discussions, we examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviours holding you back, and we nourish our spirits and body. We identify choices you can make and new practices you can set in motion in your daily life that will help you move toward more authentic and wholehearted living. I gently guide you to dig deep into the things that get in the way of living an authentic life, building true connection and doing the things that matter most.

I offer individual coaching and group workshops exploring the four pillars of The Daring Way™:

    1. Daring Greatly

    2. Rising Strong

    3. The Gifts Of Imperfection

    4. BOLD

  • Story Work is for leaders who are ready to own their story and make a contribution to humanity in the unique ways that are only possible, thanks to the wisdom gained through their life story.

Workshop Duration Options

  • Half-Day Workshops

    A dip-your-toes in workshop.

Half-day workshops provide an opportunity to become acquainted with a particular topic that I teach and explore its practicality and integration into your organization.

Half-day workshops introduce your group to new ways of approaching the issues currently keeping you stuck in cycles of miscommunication and misunderstanding.

A half-day workshop provides perspective on a collective issue in a safe and interactive space.

  • Full or Multi-Day Workshops

More space for exploration & integration.

Full-day and multi-day workshops go beyond introducing your group to new perspectives and possibilities—in longer workshops, we practice and integrate powerful tools for group transformation that is more sustainable.

Full-day and multi-day workshops give us the space and pace to explore questions and perspectives more deeply. We can cover more ground and get more done in longer workshops—and my clients tend to prefer this over the ½ day option. When your team is energized with fresh momentum, it’s nice to keep the ball rolling. With longer workshops, we can turn fresh momentum into energy, enthusiasm, and action that takes root in your organization.

The transformational energy of a group event or workshop is so powerful because it's a shared experience. We realize it’s ‘not just me’.
